Telecommunications Engineer
Maintains, configures, upgrades, and troubleshoots telecommunications networks such as (PBX, ACD, Symposium, CallPilot, IP Telephony & IP switching) and/or associated communications environment providing technical support to the organization's hardware and software voice communication system. Interested applications must have experience with Cisco VoIP setup, configuration and trouble shooting.

IT Engineer (Server & Workstations)
The IT Engineer / Infrastructure Servers & Desktop position will provide global support/administration of servers. In addition the position will serve as level 2 support for the desktop environment. Duties are to include but not limited to, perform backups, configuration of servers, deploying applications to desktops, patch management, ensuring the availability of servers/desktops, & monitoring events on servers. Networking Engineer & Security
This person's primary responsibilities include: maintaining Cisco, 3COM, & SMC equipment,
implementing Access Control lists, implement and design VLANS, configure routers
and switches, perform IP routing configurations, and monitor telecommunication
line activity. This candidate will also install maintain and repair networking equipment, evaluate and test new hardware, diagnose and repair system performance issues, and assist with troubleshooting network systems issues.
