I called IST 3 years ago when our company computer system crashed. They were quick to our office, got us up running and have handled all of our IT needs ever since and have done a fantastic job. Everyone is very responsive, and no issue seems too big or too small.
After taking over from a prior IT Managed Services company, IST resolved several problems for our company, offering a proactive role in setting up our workstations, and cutting down on the need for support calls.
IST worked with us on a project to consult, design and install a new server, workstations and accounting program and they did an exceptional job, especially the integration of everything installed. They handle any updates and if a service call is placed, I am always top priority.
